Fluffy stuffed brioche: the recipe to make a delicious dessert

Ingredients:
250 gr flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dry yeast
3 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
125 ml warm milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
100 gr whipping cream + 2 teaspoon of sugar

Directions:
In a bowl mix flour, sugar, dry yeast.
Then add melted butter, egg, milk and vanilla extract. Finally add the salt. Form a loaf and let it rise for 90 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 parts and form the sandwiches, let them rest for 30 minutes.
Then brush a beaten egg and bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
Whip the cream with the sugar and stuff the brioches.
