The recipe to prepare a moist and juicy pork stew

Ingredients:
1 kg pork stew
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
100 gr red pepper
2 carrots
Laurel
1/2 glass white wine
Salt and pepper
Rosemary
Olive oil

Directions:
In a saucepan, heat the oil and add the onion, garlic, pepper, carrots and bay leaf. Cook and then add the meat. Brown it and add salt, pepper, wine and rosemary. Let the wine shrink and cover the stew with water. Cook until a sort of cream has formed.
