Zucchini cheese bread without yeast: the easy and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
2 grated courgettes
375 gr flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 spoons of sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter
250 ml warm milk
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
125 gr mozzarella or scamorza
Grated cheese
Directions:
In a bowl mix flour, salt, sugar, egg, melted butter and milk.
Then add baking soda and baking powder. Mix and add grated courgettes and mozzarella.
Butter a plumcake mold and pour the mixture. Cover with cheese and bake at 356°F (180°) for 45/50 minutes.
