Sautéed mushrooms: the recipe for a quick and delicious side dish

Ingredients:
600 gr mushrooms
Oil
Garlic
Parsley
Salt and pepper
White wine to taste
Preparation:
Sauté the garlic and parsley. Insert the mushrooms and season with oil, salt and pepper. After 20 minutes pour the white wine and let it evaporate. Add some parsley and cook another 5 minutes.
