Orejas, the Spanish recipe to make incredible crispy fritters

Ingredients:
2 eggs
125 gr whole milk
20 gr anise
75 g margarine
50 gr lard
100 gr sugar
Zest of one lemon
500 gr flour
Cinnamon
Icing sugar
Directions:
Whip eggs, milk and anise, then add butter, lard, sugar and lemon. Finally gradually add the flour and form a loaf.
Leave it in the fridge for an hour.
Then divide it into equal parts and spread them well. Fry in hot oil with a cinnamon stick. Serve with icing sugar.
