Fried graffe without potato: the Italian dessert to surprise your guests

Ingredients:
300g flour
300g of manitoba
15 g brewer's yeast
200 g milk
2 eggs
60 g lard
80 g sugar
40 g liqueur (limoncello)
100 g orange juice
Lemon peel
1/2 sachet of yeast
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the milk and combine with sugar and flour. Combine eggs, lard and lemon zest. Add the orange juice and the previously mixed milk. Then pour the liqueur and let rise. Then form the staples, let rise for another hour, then fry.
