Vanilla custard donuts: fluffy, easy and so yummy

Ingredients:
Custard:
3 yolks
45 gr sugar
25 gr cornstarch
350 ml milk
50 gr whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dough:
160 ml milk
50 gr sugar
5 gr dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
350 gr bread flour
1 egg
40 gr butter
Directions:
Beat the yolk with sugar, add cornstarch. Heat milk and cream. Pour on the yolk mixture and mix. Finally add vanilla extract and set aside.
Mix the milk with sugar, yeast and salt. Then add flour and egg. Finally add the butter and leave for 1 hour. Make the donuts and fry them. Fill and enjoy!
