Meat pie: the savory and rich recipe

Ingredients:
6 oz Minced Pork
4 oz Minced Beef
1 Celery Stalk
1 Medium Onion
1/2 a Russet Potato
1/4 tsp Ground Clove
1/4 tsp Ground Allspice
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Savoury
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Cloves Garlic
Olive Oil
1 cup Beef Stock
1 Egg
Pastry Dough
 
Directions:
Chop the veggies and cook in a pot, add all the other ingredients and brown the meat. Spread the pastry dough and fill, cover and cut the top. Spread the egg yolk and bake at 375F (180°) for 35 to 40 minutes.
