Cheese garlic dinner rolls: fluffy, fast and mouthwatering

Ingredients:
320gr all-purpose flour
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
125ml warm milk
1 large egg, whisked
3 tbsp butter/margarine
1 tsp salt
Fillings: mozzarella+pepper+parsley
Toppings: melted butter+garlic+salt+parsley+cheese
Directions:
Mix flour, yeast, sugar and milk. Then add egg and butter, mix and finally leave for 90 minutes. Then divide the dough into 12 pieces. Fill each one and make some balls. Leave for 30 minutes. Topping and bake at 356°F (180°) for 20 minutes.
