Mini castella cake: the fluffy and tasty dessert

Ingredients:
40 gr butter
70 gr milk
40 gr honey
5 egg whites
110 gr sugar
5 yolks
Vanilla extract
120 gr flour
Directions:
Melt the butter and mix it with milk and honey.
Whip the whites with sugar and then add yolk, vanilla, and flour. Mix 4 tablespoon of the batter with the butter mixture and then unite all. Pour the batter into the mini molds and bake at 320°F (160°) for 7 minutes, 300°F (150°) for 15 minutes.
