Savory castella cake

Ingredients:
1/3 cup vegetable oil;
90 g (3 oz) flour;
¼ cup milk;
6 eggs, separated;
70 g (2.4 oz) sugar;
½ tsp salt;
½ cup sharp cheese, shredded;
2 tbsp parmesan, shredded.

Instructions
Mix vegetable oil with flour, milk and egg yolks.
Separately beat egg white with salt and sugar until stiff peaks form.
Fold egg yolk mixture into egg whites.
Cover squire baking pan with parchment paper. Pour ½ of the batter, top with shredded cheese, and add another half. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
Put pan with cake into a bigger pan filled with hot water and transfer into the oven.
Bake the cake at 150C (300F) for 1 hour. Leave to cool down before slicing.
