Taiwanese cream cheese castella cake: easy and delicious

INGREDIENTS
6 egg yolks
6 egg whites
50ml (1/5 cup) olive oil
80ml (1/3 cup) milk
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
30g honey
2g (1/3 tsp) salt
90g (5/8 cup) flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cheddar cheese
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together egg yolks with salt, vanilla extract, honey, oil, and milk, and sift in the flour.
2. In another bowl mix together egg whites with sugar and mix it into the yolk mixture.
3. Pour half of the prepared mixture into the pan, top with cheese, and add the rest of the mixture.
4. Transfer to the baking pan with hot water and bake at 150°C (300°F) for 1 hour.
