Super fluffy milk bread rolls: everyone will adore this recipe

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
350 ml warm milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
450 gr flour
15 gr of melted butter to be brushed at the end (optional)

Directions:
In the planetary pour the milk and add sugar and yeast, let stand for 5 minutes. Then add butter, salt and flour. After obtaining a homogeneous and soft cake, let it rise until doubled (in the oven with light on). Then divide it into equal portions, form balls and let them rest for 40 minutes, always in the oven.
Then bake at 400 ° F (200 °) for 15 minutes. Once ready, brush, if you like, melted butter.
