Simple crispy cabbage and carrot fritters: how to make them at home

Ingredients:
¾ cup Cabbage (Chopped)
½ cup Carrot (Chopped)
¾ cup All-purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
¾ cup water
½ tablespoon oil
Oil for deep frying
Directions:
Add flour, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the egg and mix well. Add water gradually until it forms a soft dough. Add the cabbage and carrot and mix well. Add ½ tablespoon oil and mix well.
Fry in hot oil and serve.
