Potato-Stuffed Peppers: A Tasty Dish

Ingredients:
4 peppers
4 large potatoes
250g drained tuna
250g mozzarella
4 anchovy fillets
12 capers
Basil in abundance
Extra virgin olive oil, salt to taste

Directions:
Clean the peppers, cut them in half and add salt. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes.
In a bowl mix potatoes, anchovy fillets, capers, fior di latte and basil. Stuff the peppers and add a little olive oil, bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25 minutes.
