Savory mille-feuille with zucchini and tomato: perfect for a quick lunch or dinner

Ingredients:
1 rectangular puff pastry roll
2 zucchini
salt
1 onion
water
Cherry tomatoes
200g stracchino cheese
Oil
Chopped basil
Directions:
Divide the roll of puff pastry into three, make holes and salt. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes.
Then cut the zucchini into cubes and fry in oil and onion.
In a bowl, mix the stracchino cheese with oil, basil and a little water. Once you have all the ingredients ready, you can create your mille-feuille.
