Paczki (Polish Donuts): This Simple Recipe Will Drive You Crazy

Ingredients:
2 eggs
100ml lukewarm milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
300g all-purpose flour
Oil for frying
For the filling:
Jam, custard or chocolate cream
 
Directions:
Beat the eggs with milk, butter, sugar, salt, vanilla and yeast and combine until mixture is smooth. Pour it into a planetary mixer and add the flour. Combine and let rise until doubled.
Roll out the dough and cut circles, let rise for 30 minutes and fry in hot oil. Fill and serve.
