Fluffy and yummy orange brioche recipe

Ingredients:
Mother yeast
200ml lukewarm milk
120g sugar
2 eggs
250g manitoba flour
250g all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon orange paste (or jam)
70g margarine
Orange marmalade for filling
Directions:
In the planetary mixer, melt the yeast with milk, sugar and eggs. Then add the two flours, the orange and the margarine. The dough should be very soft, knead it for a few minutes by hand. Then put in the fridge and let it rise overnight.
Then roll it out, add the jam and roll it up. Form a swirl and let rise until doubled. Then brush with milk and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30 minutes.
