Giant orange and chocolate brioche donut: the result will be delicious and satisfying!

Just mix orange juice and flour, the result will be so yummy!
INGREDIENTS

550g (4.3 cups) flour
100 g butter
90g (0.4 cup) sugar
1 egg
1 tsp (6g) Salt
30g (2 tbsp) butter
10g (3 tsp) yeast
10g (2 tsp) sugar
10g (2 tsp) flour 00
50ml (0.2 cup) milk
50g (0.3 cup) chocolate chips
250ml (1 cup) Orange juice
METHOD
- Make a mixture of 10 g of yeast, 20 g of sugar, 20 g of flour and 50 ml of warm milk, combine the ingredients and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Add sugar, egg, yeast mixture to the flour, then gradually add orange juice and knead the dough. Leave the dough to rise for 1 hour.
- Oil your hands and take the dough out of the bowl onto the work surface. Divide the dough into 8 parts. Roll out each piece of dough and fill with chocolate chips and wrap. Arrange in a mold lined with butter, coat with egg yolk and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Leave to rise, then bake at 180 degrees, 30-35 minutes.
