How to Make Pita Bread at Home: serve it with a tasty side dish

Ingredients:
300 g flour
200 ml cold water
2 tbs sunflower oil
1/2 tsp salt
10 g baking powder
Directions:
In a large bowl mix water and sunflower oil, the add the flour gradually. Finally add and mix salt and baking powder. When you have a uniform dough put it into a bowl and let it rise for 20 minute. Then cut the dough, spread and bake at 400°F (200°) for 5/7 minutes.
