Dinner Rolls: light, fluffy and buttery, impossible to resist

Ingredients:
560g white bread flour
320g Lukewarm milk
1 Egg
20g Vegetable or Olive oil
30g Sugar
1½tsp Kosher Salt or 1tsp Table salt
10g instant or active dried yeast
25g melted butter for glazing
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, and mix well. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.Repeat this for 4 times. Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface. Using lightly floured hands, divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Cover and let them rise for 20 minutes. Bake to 200°C for 20 minutes. Brush each roll with butter.
