Chocolate dorayaki: you'll fall in love with this filling

Ingredients:
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
250 ml milk
2 tablespoons oil
150 gr flour
50 gr cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tablespoon vinegar

Filling:
200 gr mascarpone
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tsp sugar
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the sugar with egg, milk and oil.
Then add flour, cocoa, baking soda and vinegar. Form a homogeneous mixture and cook your dorayaki.
In a bowl, mix mascarpone, sugar and icing and sugar. Form into a creamy mixture and stuff the dorayaki.
