Beer meatballs: how to prepare a delicious and juicy meal

Ingredients:
Stale bread
Milk as needed
500 gr minced meat
1-2 cloves of minced garlic
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
1 beaten egg
Flour
Olive oil
1 onion
Laurel
1 teaspoon of curry
1 can of beer
1 glass of meat broth
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the bread and milk, then add the meat, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and beaten egg. Leave in the fridge and then form the meatballs, pass them in flour and fry them.
In a saucepan, fry the onion, garlic and oil. Then add the bay leaf and curry, pour the beer, broth, salt and pepper. Cook and then remove the bay leaf. Blend and insert the meatballs, let them cook for 15-20 minutes.
