Pumpkin fritters: the best dessert you'll ever eat

Ingredients:
300gr of pumpkin
nutmeg
4/5 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese (alternatively you can use pecorino)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon of salt
50ml of soy milk, alternatively you can use cow's milk
200g of re-milled durum wheat flour
half a sachet of non-vanilla baking powder
fry oil
Directions:
Cut the pumpkin and blend it. Then pour the mixture into a bowl and add the egg, salt, milk, nutmeg and grated cheese. Also add the yeast and form a uniform mixture.
Form the pancakes and fry them.
