Mini fried donuts: the fluffy dessert very easy to prepare

Ingredients:
1 egg
5 tablespoons of milk
5 tablespoons of sugar
250 gr flour
5 tablespoons sunflower oil
2 tablespoons of anise
10 gr baking powder
Grated lemon zest
Fry oil
Cinnamon and sugar to taste
 
Directions:
In a bowl, add egg, milk, sugar, lemon zest, oil and anise. Mix and add flour and baking powder and form a homogeneous dough.
Then grease your hands and form mini donuts. Fry in hot oil and then pass in sugar and cinnamon.
