How to preserve pumpkin with a quick method

Ingredients:
500 gr of pumpkin
a spoonful of balsamic vinegar
olive oil
pepper
salt
chilli powder
chopped parsley
a chopped onion
Directions:
Cut the pumpkin into cubes. In a pan, sauté the onion and then add the pumpkin, spices and parsley.
Cook and blend everything. Pour the mixture into sterilized jars and turn them upside down. Wait for complete cooling before enjoying this cream.
