How to use pumpkin seeds and peels

INGREDIENTS
1 medium pumpkin
Salt
Vegetable oil for frying

METHOD
1. For the seeds: cut each pumpkin in half and scoop the seeds out. Wash them nicely to remove any pulp and pet dry them.
2. Spread pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet, sprinkle with some salt, and bake for 30-40 minutes at 150°C/300°F or until fully dried out.
3. For the skins: Cut the pumpkin into smaller wedges, place them into a large bowl, and cover them with plastic wrap. Poke a few holes in the plastic and microwave for 10 minutes or until the pumpkins are soft.
4. Let the pumpkin cool down, then peel off the skin and remove as much pulp as possible.
5. Cut pumpkin skins in half if needed and let them dry.
6. Fry in preheated oil for 3-5 minutes or until golden and crispy. Transfer onto paper towels and sprinkle with some salt.
