Cheese bread cake: the recipe to make it at home

Ninik is a girl who lives in Germany and prepares amazing recipes.
Ingredients:
250 grams of flour 00
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tsp dry yeast
125 ml warm milk
3 tablespoons of melted butter
1 egg
Stringy cheese for filling to taste
Chives
Directions:
In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Then add sugar, yeast, milk, butter and egg. Form a homogeneous dough and let it rest for 90 minutes.
Roll out the dough, stuff with butter, cheese and chives.
Shape into croissants and place them in a pan.
Let it sit for 30 minutes and then brush an egg.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
