Pound fluffy cake: the delicious dessert without butter

Try this amazing Italian recipe to enjoy your dessert.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
2 glasses of white sugar
1 glass of soybean oil
1 glass of milk
grated zest of 1 lemon
3 glasses of Manitoba type O soft wheat flour
half a sachet of baking powder
Directions:
In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and sugar. Then add oil, milk, lemon peel and flour. Finally add the yeast.
Pour the mixture into a donut mold and bake at 356°F (180°) for 45/50 minutes.
