How to make coconut pancakes and assemble them in an alternative way

Pancakes are an integral part of American breakfast, now appreciated and loved all over the world. In this video we see how to prepare delicious coconut pancakes, served with coconut whipped cream, and assembled in the shape of a palm.
 
Ingredients
For batter:
-1 ½ cup flour
- 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
- 4 teaspoons of baking powder
-1/8 teaspoon salt
-2 beaten eggs
-1 ¾ cup of coconut milk
-1/4 Cup of coconut oil
- Coconut flakes
 
For coconut whipped cream:
1 pack coconut milk, refrigerated for 24 hours 
1-2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
1 vanilla pod
