Potato gateau with salami and cheese: a recipe to absolutely try

Ingredients:
3 kg of potatoes
125 g of butter
5 eggs
1/2 glass of milk
170 g ham
165 g of mortadella
170 g of salami
100 g of parmesan
60 g of pecorino romano cheese
150 g of scamorza cheese
200 g of mozzarella
Parsley
Pepper
Breadcrumbs
Directions:
Boil the potatoes and squash them. Cut the ingredients and mix all together in a bowl. Put some breadcrumbs on the baking tray spread the dough. Cover the potato cake with breadcrumbs, butter and parmesan cheese and bake at 320°F (175°) for 40-45 minutes.
