Soft bread rolls: this recipe will drive your kids crazy

Ingredients:
250g milk
100g fresh cream
20 + 60g sugar
20g butter
600g all-purpose flour
10g fresh yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
1 egg
 
Directions:
In the video recipe the dough is prepared in the food processor, but you can make it by hand or in another type of tool.
Melt the butter in the milk, then add 1 egg, 20 grams of sugar and 10 grams of yeast. Then add the flour, the cream, 60 grams of sugar and two teaspoons of salt. Once the mixture is uniform, let it rest for two hours. Then roll it out and make small doughs, let rise for an hour covered with plastic wrap. Mix a yolk, a tablespoon of cream and a pinch of salt and brush on the sandwiches. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.
