Ingredients:

Shortcrust pastry:

300 grams of all-purpose flour
150 grams of sugar
150 g cold butter
1 egg
1 yolk
5 grams of yeast
Orange zest
1 pinch of salt

Ricotta Cream:
500 gr of ricotta cheese
120 grams of sugar
1 egg
Orange zest
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
60 gr of chocolate chips

Directions:
Shortcrust: in a bowl mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and orange zest. Then add the butter and finally an egg and a yolk. Work the pastry until you get a compact dough. Cover with the saran wrap and place in the fridge.
Cream: whisk the ricotta, then add sugar, vanilla and orange zest. Mix everything and add the chocolate chips. Divide the pastry so as to leave a portion for decoration. Roll it out on a 24 cm pan and stuff it. Cover with the flowers and bake at 180 degrees for 40/45 minutes.
