Potato cake

ìINGREDIENTS
1 kg POTATOES
1 medium ONION
6 EGGS
14 slices of PROSCIUTTO
250 g EMENTALER CHEESE
OIL
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
METHOD
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and slice the onion.
In a skillet, fry the cubes of potatoes and onion for 5 minutes in a deep oil.
Beat eggs in a mixing bowl and add salt, pepper, fried potatoes and onions.
Arrange prosciutto in bread mould, then put cheese in the center and patato mixture around it.
Bake at 350°F (170°C) for 30 minutes.
Enjoy.
