Invisible Potato and Cheese Cake: you'll love it!

Ingredients:
2 eggs;
½ cup milk;
70 g (2.4 oz) flour;
1 tsp baking powder;
1 kg (2 pounds) potatoes;
6 slices cheese;
3 tbsp sharp cheese;
2 tbsp breadcrumbs;
3 tbsp butter, cubed.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 170C/340F. Cover spring form with baking paper and cover with some vegetable oil.
Whisk eggs with milk, flour and baking powder, add salt and pepper to taste.
Peel the potatoes and slice using sharp knife, grater of mandoline.
Combine potato slices with light batter and spread half of potatoes in prepared pan.
Top potato layer with sliced cheese and add leftover potatoes on top.
Sprinkle more cheese on top and finish with breadcrumbs and butter for an extra crispy crust.
Bake for 50 minutes.
