Ingredients:
1 kg of veal
1.5 kg of potatoes
500-600 g of champignons
3-4 bulbs
3-4 bulbs
200 grams of grated cheese
For sauce:
150 ml of sour cream
1 tbsp of mustard-salt, pepper, thyme, dried garlic.
Put the potato slices alternating with meat, grease the sauce and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. You can fry onions and mushrooms separately, and put in layers, but you can not fry at all. After about 40-45 minutes we put our mushrooms with onions, sprinkle with cheese them back into the oven, for another 10-15 minutes.
