Cheese fritters: the ideal recipe for an alternative dinner

Ingredients:
200ml milk
600g flour
1 tablespoon yogurt
Instant yeast
2 tablespoons oil
400g cheese
salt
 
Preparation:
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and gradually add the flour until uniform. Divide the dough into various portions and stuff it with the cheese. Cover with a cloth for 2 minutes and then fry.
