Deep fry the dough in the pan: a fast and simple donut recipe

Ingredients:
500g wheat flour
50g sugar
salt
7g instant yeast or 25g fresh yeast
3 eggs
100g milk
120g unsalted butter
 
 
The chocolate donuts in this tutorial are made with whole wheat flour; form balls out of the dough and fry for 7 minutes before adding the chocolate.
