Pan-fried herb bread: simple and delicious!

INGREDIENTS:
• 300ml / 10.1oz milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 100g cottage cheese
• 100g grated cheese
• 40g dill + parsley
• 500g / 4 cups flour (all purpose)
• 10g baking powder
• Oil
 
PREPARATION:
  1. Put eggs and salt in milk.  Mix.
  2. Add cottage cheese, grated cheese, dill, parsley, flour and baking powder.  Mix. Knead the dough. 
  3. Let stand 15 minutes. 
  4. Divide the dough into portions.
  5. Roll each portion into a small cake and make 3 cuts. 
  6. Fry in a lot of oil.
