Cream-filled fried bomboloni (Italian doughnuts): resisting their flavor is impossible

Ingredients:
Dough:
500g all-purpose flour
200g milk
8g fresh yeast
60g sugar
7g salt
50g butter
2 eggs
Custard
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar, then add the milk with the dissolved yeast. Add the eggs, salt and butter. Then form a dough and let rise until doubled.
Meanwhile prepare the cream, then roll out the dough, cut circles and deep fry. Coat in the sugar and fill the donuts.
