Cream Cheese Buns: easy to make with a lovely filling

Cream cheese filling:
35 gr powdered sugar
30 gr butter
150 gr cream cheese
1\8 tsp salt
1 egg yolk
2 tsps condensed milk
2tsps corn starch
Bread:
60 gr butter
salt
1 tsp instant dry milk
1 tsp yeast
300 gr bread flour
35 gr cake flour
90 gr water
1 egg
50 gr milk
110 gr sugar
Directions:
In a bowl, mix powdered sugar and butter, then add cream cheese, salt, egg yolk, condensed milk and corn starch. Set aside and prepare the bread: combine all the ingredients, and finally add flour and yeast. Put the bread pan into the bread machine, cover and let rise until doubled, 30-45 minutes. Cut the dough and fill with cream cheese. Cover the buns and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake for 12 minutes at 300° F, then brush with butter.
