Chocolate cake with coconut balls:

For the coconut balls:
120g coconut flour
110g sugar
1 large egg white
pinch of salt
40g whipped cream
2 teaspoons cornstarch
 
Cake:
225g all-purpose flour
40g cocoa powder
3 large eggs
pinch of salt
150g cream
100ml seed oil
2 teaspoons baking powder
175g sugar
 
Directions:
Make the coconut balls by whipping an egg white with a pinch of salt, then add the sugar and the coconut flour alternating with the cream. Add the cornstarch and continue to mix. Shape the coconut balls with the cream. For the cake batter, beat eggs, sugar, a pinch of salt with a whisk and keep beating for long. Add the cream, seed oil, cocoa powder and flour, and finally the baking powder. Pour part of the dough into a baking pan, arrange the balls, then cover with another part of the batter and repeat the process. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 45 minutes.
