Neapolitan Buns Recipe

Ingredients:
Dough:
250g flour
125ml water
1/4 fresh yeast cube
1 tbsp lard
pinch of salt
Filling:
Ground pepper
Neapolitan salami (to taste)
Bacon (to taste)
Provolone (to taste)
Grated Pecorino (to taste)
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in water and mix with the flour. Add salt and lard. Let it rise until doubled. Meanwhile, cube the salami, the bacon and the cheese.
Roll out the dough and stuff it abundantly. Roll up and cut to shape balls.
Grease a baking pan and put the buns, brush olive oil and allow to rise in the oven for an hour.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 minutes.
