Castagnaccio (Tuscan Chestnut Cake): a flavor that you'll love from the first bite

Ingredients:
500g chestnut flour
750ml water
80g walnuts
40g pine nuts
80g raisins
salt
Olive oil
Directions:
In a container put the flour and salt, then add the water and stir. When you have integrated all the water pour the mixture into a 20 cm diameter (greased) cake pan. Cover with pine nuts, raisins and walnuts. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25 minutes.
