Puff pastry with spinach and feta filling: easy make with tasty flavour

Ingredients:
1 tsb olive oil
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
300g baby spiniach
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
pinch of nutmeg
100g feta
lemon juice
2tbs pine nuts
500g puff pastry
Directions:
Add onion and garlic cloves finely chopped, sauté until golden. Add spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium high heat. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Grate some nutmeg cook until water evaporates. Squeeze the excess liquid out of the spinach. Add feta cheese and combine. Squeeze some lemon on top and add pine nuts. Then mix well. Cut putt pastry into 8 equal blocks. Roll one piece into a ball on a floured surface. Flatten the doughball using rolling pin. Roll the dough. Add spinach mixture on top. Fold the dough covering the misture into a semi circle. Add egg wash onto each pastry on a baking tray then place in oven for 15 minutes.
