Stir-fried chicken and vegetable noodles: a beloved Asian dish you can make at home!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 zucchini
240g cabbage
290g carrots
4 spring onions
1 bell pepper
Vegetable oil
210g chicken breast
5g ginger
Salt
65ml (1/4 cup) soy sauce
210g wheat noodles
METHOD
1. Slice the zucchini, cabbage, carrots, spring onions, and bell pepper into thin strips.
2. Heat some vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add the sliced chicken breast and grated ginger. Stir-fry until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
3. Add all the sliced vegetables to the wok with the chicken. Season with salt and stir-fry for about 15 minutes, until tender-crisp. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well to coat everything evenly.
4. Meanwhile, boil the wheat noodles in salted water for 4 minutes, until al dente, then drain thoroughly.
5. Add the drained noodles to the wok with the chicken and vegetables. Toss everything together over high heat and serve immediately while hot.
