Battered zucchini rolls: the recipe for an original and tasty appetizer

Ingredients:
2 zucchini
300 g of chicken fillet
Chives
Coriander
Salt and pepper
- For the sauce:
4 tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp of tomato paste
Water
Vegetable oil
- For the batter:
2 eggs
200 g of cream
3 tbsp of flour
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Cut zucchini in thin slices.
2. Mix chicken meat with chives, coriander, salt and pepper.
3. Make the sauce by frying diced tomatoes in a pan with vegetable oil.
4. Then add diced garlic, tomato paste and a bit of water. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Mix eggs, cream, flour, salt and pepper in a bowl.
6. Fill zucchini slices with the meat mixture, then roll.
7. Dip them in the batter and fry until golden and crispy.
8. Serve with tomato sauce.
