Potato chips: the recipe to make them crispy and tasty at home

Ingredients:
1 large potato
750 ml of sunflower seeds oil
1/2 tsp of sugar
1/3 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
Salt
Directions:
1. Peel the potato and cut it in very thin slices.
2. Soak them in cold water, then boil them for 1 minute.
3. Place them on a paper towel, separate and pat dry.
4. Fry them in hot oil for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add sugar, paprika, garlic powder and salt.
6. Shake well to season.
