Potato peel chips: the tasty recipe to reuse potato peels

INGREDIENTS
Potato peels:
Potato peels
Water
Salt
Sweet paprika
Cayenne paprika
Oil for frying
Mayonnaise:
1 Egg
1/2 tbsp of Lemon (juice)
1 tsp of White vinegar
1/4 tsp of Salt
1/4 tsp of Mustard
220ml (1 cup) of Olive oil
METHOD
Potato peels:
1. In a bowl with the potato peels pour the water and mix them with your hands to wash them well.
2. Remove them from the water and arrange them on the cloth. Cover with the other side of the cloth and dry them well pressing with your hands.
3. Transfer the potato peels to the pan with the hot oil and fry them until they are golden brown.
4. Transfer them to the bowl and season with salt, sweet paprika, and cayenne paprika, and mix them all well.
Mayonnaise:
1. Add the egg, white vinegar, salt, mustard, and olive oil into the jar that came with an immersion blender
2. Place the immersion blender in the jar and press it firmly to the bottom. Turn it on and keep it pressed against the bottom of the jar for at least 10-15 seconds.
3. Once the mayonnaise starts to emulsify and thicken, slowly move the stick blender up and down to fully combine the ingredients.
