Grilled sandwich: the recipe to make them crispy and extra tasty

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
400 g of flour
6 g of fresh brewer's yeast
15 g of sugar
5 g of salt
150-170 ml of lukewarm water
- For the stuffing:
300 g of minced meat
1 onion
1 small bell pepper
2 garlic cloves
Salt, pepper, paprika and turmeric
1 tsp of tomato paste
100 ml of cream
Coriander
Olive oil
Cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in a bit of water. Then pour the mixture into the flour and add sugar.
2. Knead gradually adding water until smooth and even.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 1 hour.
4. For the filling: stir fry chopped onion and bell pepper in a pan with some oil.
5. Then add minced meat, tomato paste, spices and cream.
6. Cover with a lid and let cook for 8 minutes. Lastly add chopped coriander.
7. Cut the dough in 7 equal pieces and let sit for 5 minutes.
8. Flatten each one and stuff with the meat filling and grated cheese, then close into a bun.
9. Cook into a grilling plate for about 10 minutes.
